Lead your Life like a Pencil

Lesson 1: The Pencil needs someone to control it and if it allows the person holding the pencil to control it then it performs the best. Similarly we have the almighty, the super power nature to control which always ensure that we perform the best

Lesson 2: Always sharpen yourself. Sometime during the process it is painful but the outcomes are always better

Lesson 3: It is what is inside that makes the difference. The Lead inside the pencil is what makes the difference. The outer wood can be anything but the inner strength and the quality that makes the difference

Lesson 4: It is always fine to allow others to erase the mistakes. Accept them and correct them the way you want to

Lesson 5: Where you are leave a mark.
