The Superbkids and Superbteens camp was rocking and I had a fun time with the Coaches, A Coaches and ofcourse all the participants. I must thank all the parents of these participant for having the belief and trust in me and all my trainers and Coaches.

These kids walked out as Champions. Hats off to the entire team at UAE, to have made this happen. I think this is one of the best arranged camps that I know of. Like I say many times, what we see outside in the training is just the tip of the ice berg and many things happen for the training to go well and my team at UAE really made it happen. Thanks guys! I am back again soon for another exciting event.

There was a lot of connection from day 1 of the camp with the participants and never did I feel that I was meeting them for the first time.

It was so much fun with them. And the A Coaches. Wow! what energy they had and they did all sorts of gimmicks. Every day morning we had a great energetic warm up session with some running, dancing and the Program Director Hassan came up with some exciting dance movements. Kids loved it and so did I. I joined every day for the warm up and realized that I have an amazing stamina just like the kids

The COACHES as always were the guiding force for this amazing camp. Lead by Hassan the Program Director, Geetha, Abdul Ghani, Swapna, Divya, Pragna, Padma, Sanjay and Abhayan, Dittin and Ramesh from OnlySuccess did a fantastic job connecting with the participants all the time and delivering the best for them. It was unforgettable moments especially when the coaches comepte with each other that theirs is the best team. Super fun it was for me and this camp I was also assisted by Sam (kids loved him)

One of the participants called me the Funniest Person ever. I love it when kids call me that way and that’s been my dream always to have fun with them and one of the mentioned i am the encyclopedia. Well not sure if thats really true but atleast in front of them I cant really say “I don’t know” something especially when they are not supposed to use that phrase (Its a banned phrase for the Superbkids/superbteens participants)

Its wonderful to write this post now after completing one of the most successful camps at Dubai/Sharjah for the highest number of participants ever for the Superbkids/Superbteens program. All credit goes to the entire team at Dubai who worked for making it a huge success.

Firstly all my A Coaches. Amazing energy they had. Never knew that they could do so much to ensure that the participants can do well. It was great to have them in the camp because it was their wit and fun that helped all the traines to do well.Coaches, always my respect and regard for them because they make a huge difference.

The training team was lead by Nirmala, our Lead Trainer at OnlySuccess for the Superbkids/Superbteens program. She was great as usual.The Program Director Hassan who has been associted with OnlySuccess for over 3+ years now was at his best. The most fun and energetic PD I have seen.  Sudharson and Thiru the experienced bunch did a great job. They also helped all the other new coaches. Sampath, Dittin, Anu, Uzma, Indu and Darshan - You guys rocked the show and it was comittment that was making me feel great!

Abhayan our regional manager at OnlySuccess made sure that all things were in place and was on time. It is difficult to conduct training programs without the operational needs in place and it was well taken care by Abhayan.

And to every single parent, my sincere “Thanks” to you. It is you who always motivate you. Like I did mention during the Graduation Ceremony, start seeing the great things what your child is doing and is panning to do. This would make a difference and they will start performing their best. And thanks for the trust on us that we can make a difference in your child.

We just finished with 4 camps this April and May with and it was amazing set of days, training those children in the Superbkids/Superbteens training program and make them realize the true potential what they have in themselves.

On of the key reasons for the Success of the programs were the COACHES. I am always indebted to them. Just the words of thanks is alone not enough and thats the least I can do.

What it takes to be a coach, is not just skills (can always be learnt and acquired) but loads of passion, energy and commitment. Many people love to be a coach and they just give all possible excuses and do not be Coaches. They say things like “I am too busy”, “No holidays” and things like that and in the process they do not realize that they are missing a great deal of learning.

Coaching is a way to leaning to do. I am sure every Coach will vouch for it. Thanks to all those Coaches who made it happen.

People who still give excuses for not coaching, I am sure you will change the way things ar be a catalyst of Change for the future program.
