I am sure you know that and would have seen my video on the my last Superbkids and Superbteens program in India. I completed it last week and I am yet to come out of the same. It has been so much of hard work and in the last few years the kind of improvements that has happened in the program is so immense that today Superbkids and Superbteens is truly the no.1 training for kids in the country.

So with this in mind, I shoulder a bigger responsibility. Of ensuring that Superbkids and Superbteens reaches out to more kids. I train the trainers who in turn deliver the program. I have already done the base ground work. Have a strong foundation and pillar established. Its just time I grow the tower and since my foundation and base is strong there is no limit to which the tower can grow. I am sure that shortly we would be the No. 1 training company in whole of Asia. Its with so much pride and fear that I say that no trainign can match Superbkids and superbteens. Pride because we changes live, fear that it has to be consistent. But its amazing and fun and its a stretch and I shall live upto expectations and ensure that we closer towards “Making People Powerful”

When I did my session “Goals” for the kids it was indeed a session for myself. I set my own new Goals for the Superbkids and Superbteens program in the future. The kids were just awesome and I did my final parents training during the Graduation ceremony. I did not want the day to get over and I was indeed feeling a little bad to be honest. But I looked at the future and said all is for a purpose and the best. I always believe that everything happens for a reason and purpose. Right now the OnlySuccess centers are doing great and more to happen in the future.

Well I write this with a set of mixed feelings. I am not sure whats happening inside of me right now because I am excited, I am happy, I am confused and every other possible emotion that you can think of.Why so? Well its decided that I will be doing my last Superbkids & Superbteens program in India.

Starting on monday for 4 days it will be exiting and eventful for us to step on to the stage and do the program. I still recall my first camp in Chennai, India. What an experience it was. Not just in terms of training the kids but also external challenges. Well it was eventful. I am still in touch with many kids who attended my first program. I can remember many of them.

And then we evolved and made Superbkids and Superbteens the best program in the country for children. I can say with utmost pride that this is the best program for Children in the country.

This is not a school and we are not teachers but we are Trainers who teach children how to handle LIFE. What a child will never get to experience at school or at tuition classes or other training, they go through here. Its Life Transformational.Today we have thousand of success stories and with all the experience, learning and amazing thoughts of millions around the world I step in to the training for children for one last time in India.

And guess what who will be training with me?Yes! Vidya will be with me and both of us deliver the world class trainings. Its our brain child. We started it from scratch and built it where it is today with the help of other trainers as well.I have a set of trainers who are trained and certified now to deliver the Superbkids & Superbteens programs. They have already started doing a terrific job.

Last month we were all in heights of energy and motivation in the Born To Win training program. Fun, Frolic and excitement and much more. And on the 3rd day night when I was about to retire to bed preparing myself for the next day, I got an SMS. phew!

I no longer could lie down on the bed and just jumped out it. The Message was from Vidya (Vidyashankar, CEO OnlySuccess, www.vidyashankar.net) read “Shall we target to finish the You are Born To Win book by Novemeber”. I was taken aback and said I replied “This year?” and Vidya said we’ll burn the boat tomorrow when we tell the participants about how to make Goals a Must! So it happened on stage.

We burnt the boat and did take the 36 hr action plan, finished our 3 actions items. Emailed the Publisher on their keeness in publishing the book, the Table of Contents is ready and we did a Video announcing to everyone about the release of the book.

Its wonderful to write this post now after completing one of the most successful camps at Dubai/Sharjah for the highest number of participants ever for the Superbkids/Superbteens program. All credit goes to the entire team at Dubai who worked for making it a huge success.

Firstly all my A Coaches. Amazing energy they had. Never knew that they could do so much to ensure that the participants can do well. It was great to have them in the camp because it was their wit and fun that helped all the traines to do well.Coaches, always my respect and regard for them because they make a huge difference.

The training team was lead by Nirmala, our Lead Trainer at OnlySuccess for the Superbkids/Superbteens program. She was great as usual.The Program Director Hassan who has been associted with OnlySuccess for over 3+ years now was at his best. The most fun and energetic PD I have seen.  Sudharson and Thiru the experienced bunch did a great job. They also helped all the other new coaches. Sampath, Dittin, Anu, Uzma, Indu and Darshan - You guys rocked the show and it was comittment that was making me feel great!

Abhayan our regional manager at OnlySuccess made sure that all things were in place and was on time. It is difficult to conduct training programs without the operational needs in place and it was well taken care by Abhayan.

And to every single parent, my sincere “Thanks” to you. It is you who always motivate you. Like I did mention during the Graduation Ceremony, start seeing the great things what your child is doing and is panning to do. This would make a difference and they will start performing their best. And thanks for the trust on us that we can make a difference in your child.

I had an experience of life time!! Born To Win 14 was a great event. I have been wanting to write about the 4 days and this is the best time, as I was just running through those 4 days. Awesome I would say! From day 1, the way each and every participant were and what they went through. I could sense the positive vibe at the end of each day!

When the energy is so positive, the kind of thought and what we do also turns out to be positive. Fire walk! great experience for everyone. It was not only the Born To Win participants, but also the Superbkids/Superbteens participants who are part of the Leadership Academy also did the Fire Walk! Small little ones did amazingly well!

We had people not only from across the country but we had people from around the world. From Sharjah, Dubai, Australia, USA! Really a great experience for each and everyone part of this great event.

We also had a whole lot of donations for the OnlySuccess Foundation. The Born To Win Participants are the ones who always give us the hope and certainty that yes we can make the place a better world to live. Thanks to Srikrish (had come down from Bangalore to attend to Born To Win) who took the auction of the T-Shirt and donated for the Foundation and also Mr. Ganesh who contributed generously. I am sure there are many more who joined hands for this cause, at this moment I am not sure of the names. But whoever it is and wherever you are thanks so much!

CoacheS - What a great set of coaches, the most connected set of people, dynamic and ready for anything at any time! They always make our lives the best.

Nirmala, the lead trainer at OnlySuccess. Tremendous effort in training the Coaches and giving the best. Great control over What the trainers want and what the participant wants. It takes a great deal of achieving this.

All my staff of OnlySuccess. What you see is the just the tip of the ice berg and these people in office made a difference. My thanks to all of them.
