Last Saturday the 14th of June, was indeed a very memorable day for all at OnlySuccess. The Live Phobia cure for the first time ever in Asia. It was a great experience for me.I still remember, when I just came back about 2 weeks back from Dubai, I was informed that I will be doing this great event! Now thats what I call as trust. No one asked me can I do it? Every one had a great belief that I can do it. With this great feeling I moved on to prepare for the event.The Hindu carried an article on this event.

Read the article hereI also did an interview with Hello FM on Friday morning Drive Show. Had a great time during that event. It was a new experience and the RJ was very energetic and that gave me a bigger push to do well. It was nice listening to songs, talking to the Producers and the RJ and I was asking them lots of questions. I was quite interested and was nosy .I had an event in the morning of Saturday on Emotional Mastery. So hardly any time to prepare for the evening event. Good the thing I did was to decide that I will not drive my car and had a Cab drive me to the venue. So could catch up some time for preparation and be ready for the evening.

We had a great crowd, that always mesmerizes me. Was fun and exciting. Then decided to pick the person for curing the Phobia and found this person “Rachna”. She was fun and had I had a great time on stage helping her come out of the Phobia of Snakes. Thanks Rachna for having the trust and belief in me. That made all the difference. As I write I feel great and also different. This is the first time ever a Phobia Cure Event, that too Live is happening in the country, the whole of Asia! Cannot believe it myself. I still keep pinching myself to check if this is true and it is.

I am using all the skills of NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming that I have learnt to make this event a Grand Success!

What is this event all about?Simple, Phobia is Fear multiplied several times. What stops people today is fear! That’s the biggest show stopper today for Success. Can you overcome it? I strongly believe that “Anything is possible, it is the question of Right Strategy”.

Over a period of time people have various fears and they stamp themselves and give a new negative identity, “I have fear and so I am not confident”. Unfortunate that this stretches to extremes and hence they do not do the best in their area of Life! Can someone Change this? Sure yes and thats why I want to do this event.

I want people to understand the true capabilities what each carry.This event is to make people understand that they can come out of any troubles or challenges and achieve the best in life.

We just finished with 4 camps this April and May with and it was amazing set of days, training those children in the Superbkids/Superbteens training program and make them realize the true potential what they have in themselves.

On of the key reasons for the Success of the programs were the COACHES. I am always indebted to them. Just the words of thanks is alone not enough and thats the least I can do.

What it takes to be a coach, is not just skills (can always be learnt and acquired) but loads of passion, energy and commitment. Many people love to be a coach and they just give all possible excuses and do not be Coaches. They say things like “I am too busy”, “No holidays” and things like that and in the process they do not realize that they are missing a great deal of learning.

Coaching is a way to leaning to do. I am sure every Coach will vouch for it. Thanks to all those Coaches who made it happen.

Just completing one more Superbkids/Superbteens Training program today!. So today is the 3rd camp for the month, and we have one more program coming up. I had a great set of Participants and Coaches. Sometimes I so easy that the Coaches take care of everything. Hats off to the commitment and energy of the Coaches and the A Coaches.This time the participants participated so well and also they realized that they have to CHANGE much more faster.
