Thank You Coaches!

CoachWe just finished with 4 camps this April and May with and it was amazing set of days, training those children in the Superbkids/Superbteens training program and make them realize the true potential what they have in themselves.

On of the key reasons for the Success of the programs were the COACHES. I am always indebted to them. Just the words of thanks is alone not enough and thats the least I can do.

What it takes to be a coach, is not just skills (can always be learnt and acquired) but loads of passion, energy and commitment. Many people love to be a coach and they just give all possible excuses and do not be Coaches. They say things like “I am too busy”, “No holidays” and things like that and in the process they do not realize that they are missing a great deal of learning.

Coaching is a way to leaning to do. I am sure every Coach will vouch for it. Thanks to all those Coaches who made it happen.

You are all a “MIRACLE”. Absolutely fabulous having each and everyone of you here and coaching the Children. I am sure the Children will never forget you.

I am sure you are all geared up to achieve more in life! Be a Role Model for the Children.

People who still give excuses for not coaching, I am sure you will change the way things ar be a catalyst of Change for the future program.

Superbkids/Superbteens Program

Just completing one more Superbkids/Superbteens Training program today!. So today is the 3rd camp for the month, and we have one more program coming up. I had a great set of Participants and Coaches. Sometimes I so easy that the Coaches take care of everything. Hats off to the commitment and energy of the Coaches and the A Coaches.This time the participants participated so well and also they realized that they have to CHANGE much more faster. Born To Win 13 – A Great Experience

I don’t know how indebted I will be to these people who just finished the Born To Win Program the Born to Win 13 from OnlySuccess. Once again it was a great sharing the stage with Vidya! My CEO. He was rocking on stage as usual I was training people on some of the most advanced techniques of NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming.

People walked bare foot on fire burning at 1200 Deg Fahrenheit. What was more exciting was this Born To Win on Day 1 we had the kids of the Leadership Academy walk on fire! Cool it was. The youngest to walk on fire was a 9 year old girl!! Wow!! I was there next to girl, and she dint even for a second show any signs of fear what so ever.

The energy was outrageous and the way the coaches motivated the participants was excellent. This was definitely one of the best Born To Win programs that I have conducted. The emails I have received after the program from the participants really gives me utmost satisfaction because they expressed their gratitude, showed their love and care and decided Life Will Never Be the Same.

Hats off to everyone. I am sure that it will be a great journey ahead for everyone of you.
