Hello Praveen,
Thanks for this post. I strongly beleive in ‘doing/ working on things I love’. Its human tendency to get frustrated at mishaps. I am no exception to it. But thanks, I just browsed through and it got me here. I am back to energy and momentum. Love these lines ‘Remember people who are successful are not just passionate but also excel in their field’. Great post that’s on the money Praveen. A decade or so ago, I was working for a large financial organization in NY. A new management team was replacing the old one, and the first thing that the head honcho did was to completely shake things up in the organization by moving people around. At that time, I thought this was counterintuitive… people were going to be very uncomfortable by this approach.

A few years later, I understood the thinking behind such a move. People when they stay where they are for a long time, tend to get very comfortable with where they are, they get rooted in their ways and beliefs. Moving people around, while making them uncomfortable, also made them think differently and infused a fresh dose of creativity in them.

If we don’t step out of our comfort zones, we stagnate, we stop growing as people and as professionals!
