We just finished with 4 camps this April and May with and it was amazing set of days, training those children in the Superbkids/Superbteens training program and make them realize the true potential what they have in themselves.
On of the key reasons for the Success of the programs were the COACHES. I am always indebted to them. Just the words of thanks is alone not enough and thats the least I can do.
What it takes to be a coach, is not just skills (can always be learnt and acquired) but loads of passion, energy and commitment. Many people love to be a coach and they just give all possible excuses and do not be Coaches. They say things like “I am too busy”, “No holidays” and things like that and in the process they do not realize that they are missing a great deal of learning.
Coaching is a way to leaning to do. I am sure every Coach will vouch for it. Thanks to all those Coaches who made it happen.

People who still give excuses for not coaching, I am sure you will change the way things ar be a catalyst of Change for the future program.

Hi Praveen, Actually we have to thank ‘Only Success’ for this great opportunity. I was given the opportunity two times, i.e. for the first and last camps. Really it was an amazing experience each time. Each camp was different because the participants were different. For me, every event was a learning. I assure that nowhere I can get this great chance of being with the children for four days. I enjoyed each and every moment of both camps. Each child was different and I saw the transformation live!. I saw many children, who were very shy on the first day were rushing to the stage during the Graduation ceremony to share their experience. After the third day’s event all children became so powerful and behaved like champions showing wonderful changes in their output. As Vidya used to tell, coaching is an ‘Addiction’. Yes! Addiction for Good!.
I would like to thank you for this great opportunity of coaching children. More than what we gave is what we got from the camp. We learnt a lot and this experience has helped me become a better mother.
